Dr. Marie-Hélène Pelletier has a unique expertise with her background in business management and psychology. This dualistic skill set was key to 15 productive years at Homewood Human Solutions (formerly Wilson Banwell), where ultimately as Chief Professional Services Officer, she managed a network of 3,000+ professionals while overseeing all aspects of professional services.

Dr. Pelletier's credentials include a B.A. and M.A. in clinical psychology from Laval University, a Ph.D. in counselling psychology from UBC, and an MBA from the UBC Sauder School of Business, where she serves as a student mentor. As a member of the Canadian and American Psychological Associations who is registered in Quebec and BC, Dr. Pelletier published in academic and industry journals, and has received awards and distinctions from the CPA and APA. She is chair of the board at Dress for Success Vancouver, an international non-profit organization that promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women to help women thrive in work and in life.
